Founded in 2020, The Leather Patch Hat started as a small hat shop in the heart of the city. Over the last few years, we've grown and expanded our offerings to become a leading provider of high-quality hats.

The Process...
After the customer selects the design it gets laser engraved on genuine heavy weight vegetable tanned leather, a thin coat of finishing balm is applied to the leather before and after engraving to add luster.
The edges get sealed to add water proofing and avoid humidity absorption in to the leather to avoid stains development, Leather patch is then glued and pressed onto hat for a least 4 hours in a shaped press, once settle patch is hand stitched to hat adding a secure bond to the hat that will last for years.
Is common for leather to develop a darker color on sun exposure which adds to a great looking vintage leather patch.
